Here’s why Rana Daggubati couldn’t make it to the ‘Bahubali 2: The Conclusion’ first look launch

The first look of Prabhas-starrer “Bahubali 2: The Conclusion” was unveiled on Saturday at the Jio MAMI Movie Mela. It was earlier reported that Rana Daggubati, who essays Bhallala Deva, will also be present at the launch, but unfortunately he wasn’t.

The actor, who was shooting in a small town in Tamil Nadu, apologised for not being present at the grand launch and said he was there in spirit.

He tweeted: Firstly huge apologies from my end for not being able to make it to the #Baahubali2FirstLook launch today…

He later wrote: Shooting in small town in TamilNadu 3hrs away from the closest airport couldn’t break the schedule….but was fully there in spirit.

The actor will be seen in a bigger and meaner role in the forthcoming sequel of S. S. Rajamouli’s magnum opus “Bahubali: The Beginning”. He has been prepping really hard to portray a young Bhallala Deva in the movie.

“Bahubali 2: The Conclusion” will answer the million dollar question “Why Kattappa killed Baahubali?” The movie will begin from where the first part ended.

The movie will also feature Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhati, Ramya Krishnan and Sathyaraj. It will hit the screens in April 2017.
