‘Labon Ka Karobaar’ from ‘Befikre’ is all about kissing and more kissing

Here’s the first song from Aditya Chopra’s “Befikre”. Titled “Labon Ka Karobaar”, the song does not feature the lead stars Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor, but it shows what they have been doing in the posters released, i.e. kissing.

Vaani took to Twitter to share the video and tweeted: If you love someone, show it with a kiss. #LabonKaKarobaar. Watch Carefree – goo.gl/ncSWOY

The song features random strangers kissing at picturesque locations and that’s about it. There is nothing exciting about this song, except the message that a kiss is the beginning. And that’s it.

Seriously that’s it. I loved Papon’s “Bulleya”, “Moh Moh Ke Dhaage” and “Kyon”, but this song doesn’t work for at all. It is very monotonous for me.

“Labon Ka Karobaar” will make some sense only if it is used in the opening credits of the movie. Otherwise there is no point of a song with random people. I think that’s the purpose of this song.

“Befikre” is Aditya Chopra’s fourth directorial venture which comes eight years after “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi” that released in 2008. It will hit the screens on December 9.
